The Pacific Dental Conference is set to take place in Vancouver Convention Centre on March 17-19, 2016. The conference has been organized by a group of dental professionals and is offered in conjunction with the Canadian Dental Association.
While it is too late for early online registration, you can still register on site from March 5-19. The event is a great opportunity to learn more about dentistry, network with other dentists, get acquainted with new dental products and procedures, earn CE credits and socialize with your peers.
Over 100 speakers will be on hand to share their insights on the practice, profession and business of dentistry. You can gain a better understanding of both basic and advanced dental procedures, learn about dental software, find out how to best manage your dental office, hear advice on dealing with hard-to-handle patients and get inspired for the best year of your dentistry career so far!
Live Dental Stage
Watch as dentists perform new dental procedures and techniques on the Live Dental Stage. Real patients receive treatment on the live stage as presenters demonstrate, giving a step-by-step account of the process. Live Dental Stage presenters will demonstrate advanced implant procedures and alternatives, sleep apnea treatment and a sinus surgery procedure.
Registration for hands-on classes will be at a premium when you sign up onsite. They are designed to give you practical experience, so the class sizes are limited. However, if you can get into one of the classes, they are sure to be helpful and informative. There is also an additional cost for these classes. Check the class information on the PDC website to find out what (if anything) you need to bring with you on conference day to fully participate.
Over 100 open-session classes are available with no additional cost after registration. Learn about topics as far-ranging as dental clinic management and leading-edge dental products while earning up to 15 CE credits.
On Thursday and Friday, March 17 and March 18, you can spend any free time exploring the booths at the convention centre Exhibition Hall. There, you can find representatives for services and products for your dental practice, from dental real estate to dental instruments and equipment to marketing solutions designed to bring in more new patients to your clinic.
PDC Mobile App
With so much to see, do and experience, the official PDC mobile app can help you make the best of the time you have at the conference. You can use it to look up session details, exhibit locations and convention centre floor plans on your Android Smartphone or iPhone. The app is available on the app page of the Pacific Dental Conference website. https://www.pdconf.com/cms2016/attendees/mobile.jsp
